Your whole project, on one line of truth.
An ERP built for contractors — billing, projects, site records, accounts, disputes and people. Take the full suite or switch on one module. Written by quantity surveyors who were losing the money these systems protect.

Off-the-shelf ERP fails on site for one reason.
It was written by people who have never raised a running account bill. So the BOQ lives in one file, the work order in a phone call, execution in a site diary, and the bill is made at month end from whatever anyone remembers.
By the time those four are compared, quantity has been executed beyond sanction, extra items have been done with no approval on record, and the contractor's bill and the client's bill no longer agree.
On a scheme with two hundred line items, nobody can answer the one question that decides whether the project makes money: how much of the BOQ is left today?
Jhamma was specified by the quantity surveyor watching that happen. Every module exists because a live project was leaking, not because a roadmap said it should.
Which is why it works on a site engineer's phone, filled in by staff with no software training, on the connectivity a site actually has.
A software company that has never seen a measurement book builds the wrong product. We build the bills first, and the software second.
One ERP. Switch on only what you need.
Every module shares the same project, BOQ and user structure, so data entered once is never entered again. Start with billing, add the rest as the company grows.
Billing & RA Bills
Running account bills, abstracts, deviation statements and final bills — client-side and contractor-side kept separate, both capped by executed quantity.
- RA bill, abstract and deviation statement
- Client and contractor billing side by side
- Price variation, recovery and retention
- Bill printed in your own format
Project Management
Schemes, lots and BOQ in one structure. Work orders issued within sanction, execution recorded day-wise, balance quantity live on every line.
- Scheme and lot-wise project tree
- Live utilised vs balance quantity
- Extra item flagged with manager approval
- Bulk BOQ import from Excel
Site Query Desk
Site engineer raises a query with photos, video and drawings; site office verifies; head office resolves and files a completion report.
- Photo, video, drawing and PDF attachments
- Verify → resolve → completion report trail
- Role-wise visibility and edit rights
- Timestamped record that survives a dispute
DPR & Site Register
Daily progress reports with photographs and geo-coordinates, plus labour attendance that converts straight into cost.
- Daily labour attendance by category
- Auto daily, weekly and monthly labour cost
- DPR with photos, video and geo-tag
- Compulsory nil-work reporting
Accounts & Ledger
Imprest and site cash, purchase and credit bills, party ledgers, and an approval trail showing who entered, who approved and what is pending.
- Site imprest and cash book
- Purchase, credit bill and vendor ledger
- Entered-by / approved-by trail
- Budget vs actual by project
Profit & Loss Calculator
Project cost against billed value, scheme by scheme — executed cost, other expenditure, recovered and recoverable, and the profit position today.
- Executed cost vs billed value
- Other expenditure and overheads
- Recovered and recoverable position
- Scheme-wise profit at a glance
Dispute Management
Every dispute logged against the party it belongs to — client, contractor or departmental — with quantity, amount and the document trail attached.
- Party-wise dispute register
- Quantity and amount under dispute
- Supporting documents attached
- Open, under discussion and settled status
Inventory & Reconciliation
Material issued, consumed and returned, reconciled against executed quantity and theoretical consumption, with vendor and debit records.
- Material issue, consumption and return
- Theoretical vs actual consumption
- Contractor debit and recovery records
- Stock position by site
HRM
Staff records, attendance and leave, salary and wage registers, site posting and documents — for the office team and the site workforce together.
- Employee master with documents
- Attendance, leave and site posting
- Salary and wage register
- Staff vs labour handled separately
Task Register
Instructions assigned project-wise with per-task edit permission, so accountability is fixed at assignment rather than argued afterwards.
- Project-wise task assignment
- Per-task edit permission
- Cross-project assignment
- Full assignment and completion history
Contractor Bidding
Work packages published with scope, budget and deadline; registered contractors bid; award and closure stay on record for audit.
- Publish package with scope and budget
- Contractor bids with amount and duration
- Bid comparison against budget
- Award, closure and audit history
Dashboards & MIS
Budget against actual, billing position, pending approvals and scheme-wise progress — the numbers an owner asks for, without asking anyone.
- Project and company level dashboard
- Pending approvals and action list
- Filtered, structured Excel export
- Role-based views for each team
Four layers. Each one capped by the layer above it.
Nothing can be billed that was never executed. Nothing executed beyond sanction passes unnoticed. On an overrun the system does not block the site — it raises the excess as an extra item for a manager to approve, so the deviation is captured on the day it happens instead of being discovered in the final bill.
Approved BOQ
Sanctioned quantity and rate. Amendable by admin only — the ceiling for everything below.
Work Order
Issued to the contractor within BOQ quantity, unless deliberately marked an extra item.
Daily Execution
Day-wise site progress recorded against the work order, by the people doing the work.
Client & Contractor Bills
Raised separately, both capped by the quantity actually executed on the ground.
Alongside it: live utilised and balance quantity on every BOQ line, scheme-wise and lot-wise access control, and bulk Excel import of BOQ and scheme data — because manual entry across a few hundred schemes is not a plan.
Assistance where it removes work, not where it removes judgement.
AI in construction software is usually a demo. We use it only where it removes typing or catches an error a tired person would miss — and never where it would decide something a manager should decide.
Data entry assistance
Reading BOQ, rate and scheme data out of Excel and site formats instead of retyping it.
Anomaly flagging
Quantities, rates and entries that do not sit with the rest of the project, raised before billing.
Drafting support
Query summaries, deviation notes and progress write-ups prepared from records already in the system.
Ask your project
Plain questions about balance quantity, spend or pending approvals, answered from your own data.
Built for the site, not for the demo.
Your hosting, your database
Installed on your own server and database if you want it. Commercial data does not have to sit outside your control.
Phone first, no app
Runs in any browser on any phone, tolerant of weak connectivity, usable by staff with no software training.
Role-based from day one
Admin, head office, accounts, site office and site engineer — each sees exactly what they should, project by project.
Your data brought across
Years of scattered Excel registers migrated into a structured system without losing history, with bulk import for BOQ and schemes.
Built to order where needed
Where a standard module is not the answer, we build to requirement — starting from a rough description, because we can write the specification ourselves.
Set up and supported by engineers
Onboarding, BOQ loading and training handled by CMAED's own billing team, not a helpdesk script.
